I highly recommend Melissa Lumpkin, FNP for your Primary Health Care needs. She is very easy to communicate with and offers a relaxed atmosphere. Melissa’s office is clean, the staff is friendly and my visits have been very timely.
Should you have health needs of a specialized nature, you can not do better than the Lakeview Regional Group. I am pleased to recommend Melissa Lumpkin.

Much to my surprise, my appointment ended up being a tele-something experience.
At my age, I don't relate to this technology at all. I know a lot of services do go this way now. I want to say thank you that Melissa is available at her office as well. I suppose at this time in my life, all this stuff is beyond me.

I was concerned I had COVID 19, I hade five of the symptoms. I called a little after 8 am and was scheduled for a 9:30 virtual appointment. She listened and displayed true concern. She referred me to a testing location. Thankfully the COVID test came back negative the next day. I never thought I would be glad to have the flu.

I have seen Melissa Lumpkin multiple times over the last few months to deal with health issues--she helped me get my blood pressure under control and also addressed other concerns. She is never rushed and really listens during the appointment. I have never waited past my time to be called back, and all . of the nurses I have encountered are lovely. I highly recommend her.

My symptoms and breathing did not reflect the condition I was in! But Melissa did not take my chances and prescribed the Ed’s that I needed to get me well! Thank goodness she if not wait on the X-rays results which showed nothing new! I was o the road to recovery as soo s I filled my prescriptions!

I couldn’t have asked for more. She saw me the same day I called with a problem. I needed physical therapy but was going out of town to be with my husband in the hospital. She was able to set me up with thr PT department at the same hospital that very same week. I am very grateful and pleased w her efforts on my behalf. She was thorough, courteous and professional.
