Melissa Mechler, ARNP

My first visit was great. I was very comforted by the dr (physician assistant) and thought this would be great fit. Fast forward to coming back and the dr/physician assistant/office has cancelled THREE times. The first time I thought “emergencies happen”. The second time, I asked to see someone else even though I had a great experience with Dr. Mechler. The third time they called to reschedule was the final straw. I didn’t say anything though because I accidentally left a report there and wanted to make sure I got it back. I’m here now to pick up the report and the office is trying to charge me to pick up MY REPORT - the report they were supposed to make a copy of originally and return my original. I stood up for myself even though I really would’ve laid to just have my report back but the check in/receptionist went back to whomever to explain. She was nice so there’s that but she won’t be able to perform what I am in need of.
