I made a Telehealth appointment with this provider three weeks in advance. Thirty minutes prior to appointment she had staff member contact me stating she wasn’t interested in taking me as a patient. This is extremely unethical behavior and put me in an extreme bind. Be careful of this person.

I saw this provider for PTSD after a life changing traumatic experience. I have also have ADHD and drastically improved once I began medications prescribed for it over the past few years. I saw her for the first (and only) time for less than 20 minutes before she told me she didn’t believe those were accurate diagnoses. She tried to rediagnose me with bipolar disorder and would not provide medication refills. She did not believe my symptoms were real and she fixated on small aspects of others as confirmation bias. Rather than discuss why she saw my symptoms as resulting from anything other than PTSD or ADHD, she accused me of being irritated and referred me to another provider. She would have changed my medications and it would have had catastrophic consequences if I hadn’t question this. She does not provide trauma informed care. If you are unable to advocate strongly for your own care, this is not the provider for you.

Rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and a lousy clinician. Avoid her! I speak both as a retired mental health clinician and someone who has suffered from lifelong CPTSD - I know what I’m talking about.
