Dr. Pongratz was very pleasant, thorough and professional. She explained my situation clearly and arranged a consultation with their retina specialist. I'm glad I chose to go to a medical optometrist practice rather than my usual eye exam professional.

It is always excellent. I see the Dr once a year. I trust her completely. She has been the only Dr. I trust when it comes to my eyes. She is so knowledgeable. She explains everything so that I can understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I saw Dr Pongratz this visit. Both she and Dr. Fisher are always so professional and listens to my. Concerns. Dr. congrats explain to me what was going on with my eye and what we were going to do to take care of it.. by the time I got home from my office visit, the pharmacy contacted me that my prescription was ready. That was greatly appreciated. I am so happy that Dr. Pongratz and Dr. Fisher are there
