I visited Melissa multiple times to recieve treatment for ADHD. The best way I can summarize the experience is that she treated me like an undercover addict the entire time instead of like an actual person. I never felt like she heard or believed anything I said. She also went from dismissing my concerns and symptoms, telling me insomnia isn't a 'good enough reason' to switch medication doses to prescribing me a literal overdose.She could have potentially killed me if the pharmacist hadn't caught the error.Trying to work with her was incredibly disheartening and I'm grateful to have finally gotten transferred somewhere else, and to someone who actually listens and cares about their patients and treats them like real people.
