I loved her and then... Showed up one day, she didn't look happy. Didn't even sit down, just glaring at me. So, I started to tell her about an upcoming meeting I was concerned about. She interrupted and said, “There you go again, we’ve been over this, you seem to be stuck on this, we need to move on”. She didn't even know what I planned to say. From there she transitioned into “Do you think people you’ve had problems with could be seeing a therapist because of you?” At that point I should have walked out but I was so stunned I didn't. It was like a Jekyll and Hyde experience. I never went back but I was certainly impacted by it. I wrote a letter to the company she works for, they never responded.

Dr. Udell is an excellent and sympathetic listener. She is very well-informed. Her insights and advice are extremely helpful. Our sessions always leave me feeling positive and hopeful. I am definitely seeing improvements in my life.
