Good at staying on her laptop. Didnt even know my name. Went to pull up files and acted like i didnt know how to spell my name on first visit. First family doctor on my behalf and im 23 with severe migraines that WONT go away. She prescribed me meds that reacted VERY badly. Went in today to discuss about it. I wasnt scheduled in, although she told me time and date. So i sat in the doctor room for an hour, only to be told to go home. No discussion from the doctor. Will be looking for CARE elsewhe

I'm very glad I switched from the assembly line style of care that Mt. Carmel clinics offer to seeing Melissa. She actually cares and will make sure all your questions are answered.
