I've been putting off my eye exam because the dr I had was horrible, so I was nervous about seeing Dr Wms. Her staff didn't try to sell me the test in lieu of dilation - she just presented my two options and cost. Dr. Wms was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was efficient and friendly. The visit was so good, I've already recommended her to three other people looking for a good eye dr.

I went in and had a testing from a machine that cost me out of pocket $29 and I was told I have Glaucoma but come back in a week for another test costing me out of pocket $100 to be told everything now looks ok. I feel like that was a way to get money from me. Not a very friendly place so I will find a new eye doctor and won’t refer them.

Dr Williams seemed very short with discussing things and seemed to be in a hurry. These actions unfortunately came across rude to me and my kids. Her office staff also took on Dr Williams behavior and left me with the same impression of discourteous and unprofessional behavior.
