Doesn’t listen
Saw her for bad cough, sore throat and malaise. Told I had a virus and nothing could be done. No cough medicine. Just take Acetaminophen and wait 1 - 3 weeks and it should be gone. She left the exam room while I was still talking. Next day I was unable to get out of bed. Coughing and wheezing continue as I complete a week since my visit. She was useless.

Horrible PA
Saw Miss Craig this weekend for sinus infection. She said nothing was wrong with me - go home and rest. I think she was in the office with me for a total of two minutes. Complete waste of my time - I'd rather wait in the walk-in clinics to get the appropriate medicine needed.

I took my daughter to the ER and Melynda Craig was our PA that seen my daughter. Her bedside manners were horrible. She treated us like our concern was not important or emergent enough to be there. My daughter had been suffering for two weeks with headaches waking her out of her sleep. We had been two the doctors countless times. Well thank God for Dr Chad Garson he was the one to finally help my baby.
