Meng Yang was very helpful and explained things to me. She took time to listen to my needs and concerns.

They're amazing doctors even the substitute for the fact that I miss my appointment with my primary she was very wonderful

Very little understanding and empathy. There is a way to say things while still having compassion. Giving hope and support in a situation is very important on a provider/patient relationship and I received none of that. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.

Mentioned l had a LATEX allergy several times; had been trying to be seein for over 2 weeks (partnership drama of 2024) was given latex bandages as a solution & told that my blisters were not "that bad" When I was called for a follow up check-in, I mentioned that I had been given latex based dressings; was at the end of the month (had already spent close to $70 on bandages & was out of $$ on 6/27) that I needed support to keep my wounds clean. The person who called asked if they could call back, after taking to the PA/ Dr again. I missed the call but have a voice meme I saved telling me to go ahead and use the bandages provided, they could not help further.

I went in to add referrals for the physical therapy I all ready had a referral for. My initial referral was for shortness of breath. My primary doctor wanted me to exercise with a physical therapist. My physical therapy was delayed because I was caring for my husband who had heart surgery. As he improved I noticed I was having balance issues, pain in my left hip and issues with my right leg. The nurse practitioner did not show any empathy and was confused as to what my issues with my legs and hip were, confusing more than once which hip and knee pain. I was describing what I was feeling but I went to the doctor to understand what might be causing it because it's getting worse and I want to get better. I could only try and describe what was happening. Nor did she seem very concerned about it. I had to ask her to watch me walk. I also had been working in the garden and my arms and hands were very sore from that and I thought I had carpal tunnel syndrome which I have had issues with ...

She makes me feel safe

I loved her she really listened to what I was saying & offered great feedback
