Telehealth
I have been very sick and out of work for a week. When I requested a doctors note for the full week (because I was STILL SICK) she said I needed to be evaluated by another physician. I have barely slept or ate this entire week and still feel horrible. The amount of nonsense I had to go through just for her to not include the full week is ridiculous. I will never use this service again and strongly advise anyone to steer clear. Wish I could give zero stars.

Poor service
Telehealth
Told me that my throat looked fine over a camera via telehealth visit. She obviously could not see it well. Because a nurse friend looked at it and said it looked like I had strep. Sure enough paid to get a second opinion. Turns out I had strep! Had to pay twice for a doctor’s visit which is ridiculous.
