Mercy Wainaina

I have been battling depression and PTSD (related to my military service) for most of my adult life. Dr. Mercy is the kindest and most knowledgeable psychiatrist I have encountered. She is genuinely caring, professional, highly skilled, deeply dedicated to patient care, and thinks outside the box. Her calm, compassionate, and empathetic presence has helped me navigate one of the darkest periods of my life. She has worked collaboratively with me on all aspects of my treatment, involving me in decision-making while respecting my autonomy and preferences. These attributes and her innate ability to create a safe space to talk openly have allowed me to continue making progress.

She actually listens to Wyatt you need when you’re the patient you know your body more than anybody else and when you find a provider that is willing to listen to you and work with you don’t ever let that go
