The worst office staff imaginable. Completely incompetent staff. My eye glass prescription was placed before Christmas. With the holiday I called in mid-January to check on the status. It had not come in and they assured they would call when it arrived. I called back in February, and they said that Ashley tried to text me. Since they only have my land line I noted that was not possible. No apology just an oh ok. Similarly, before the prescription for the glasses was sent in I had requested a couple of frame options. I was told they would call when the frames arrived. I called weekly for the first two weeks and was told they were still awaiting the shipment from the vendor. The next time I called about 2 weeks later they said the frames had come in and were already gone due to popularity. I asked why I was not called -- they insisted Ashley tried to call several times. We have Google Voice - there was no message from the office staff. Plenty from my doctors at Duke.
