Today was my first visit in which I saw Ms. Hayles. I had a rather complex unusual symptom, but she was extremely thorough, communicated well, and recommended a plan for further evaluation. I am retired from healthcare administration field, so I feel like I can recognize good practices, and Ms. Hayles is exceptional!
