Good at first but inattentive for follow up
The initial visits and interactions were fine. It was the care and follow up afterwards that was lacking, especially lately. There seemed to be quite a few moments where prescriptions required extra follow up to get them called in or follow up on the prescription to ensure it was written for the correct dosage. Follow up also needed to get the process of referrals started. Messages started getting missed. Definitely not the level of care I need or expect.
