Meredith is fantastic, however I have been waiting (my pharmacist also) an entire month to get my prescribed meds. According to my pharmacist, all the office needs to do is call the pharmacy back (currently 14 logged phone calls from the pharmacy and 4 from me, 1 a week). Meredith herself gets 5 stars, however her support that I have tried kindly to communicate with gets NO star. Unfortunately, Meredith must take a lower score because of her staff, especially one employee who seemed competent when I met her at my visit but was abusive over the phone; she was amazingly stressed out and had several unprofessional comments, frankly due to her incompetence. Maybe she wasn't trained well; I'm sure doing multiple tasks being short-staffed, no excuse to yell. We visit the office for wellness...

Meredith Kitchell has all the great qualities you are looking for: intelligent, caring, confident direction, and most special -- she listens! and in my 4 visits, I have never felt rushed.
