Dr. Mia Saenz, DNP

Not likey to return

I consider her my family doctor. Getting appointments has been easy, she has treated my family for at least the last 5 years. Finally, I think she is local to Cruces so hopefully she will stay in this area.

First off, I just moved back to Cruces from our of town, Saenz has repeatedly asked me why I would move here and has suggested I move back to the place I came from or move somewhere else. Moving is already stressful I don't need unsolicited feedback from a physician second guessing my choice to move here. 2nd, her assistant has been unprofessional. 3. Seriously dropped the ball on reading and sending messages. Her assistant who is relaying them is apparently not really reading what I'm writing. 4. Seriously dropped the ball on rx refill. I followed the plan she asked me to follow and she is not doing what she said she would be able to do. It has been a disappointing experience across the board and I highly suggest that if you need care to try and find someone else. When I got here she was the only practitioner available. I will be going to someone else asap. Super unprofessional.

She has put me on a path to better health.Now i need to listen and Learn.She is so kind to me. I will be starting tommorow on a path to a betterLife . Thank you Mia. You were so kind and caring. You are just Wonderfull
