Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY
I knew immediately when I tried on my new glasses that I was prescribed the wrong correction strength after my exam. However the desk associates told me that I needed to try them for two weeks before returning them. I called them the next day, and said that I was certain the prescription was wrong. They scheduled me an appointment and the doctor admitted that the prescription was wrong. I asked at the desk on several occasions for my written prescription. They said they could not provide that to me. According to The Federal Trade Commission’s Contact Lens and Eyeglasses Rule 'the doctor must give you a copy of your prescription for free and with no strings attached—whether you ask for it or not'. Advanced Family Eye Care must not need to comply with this rule.
