I've been a patient of Dr. Catain for several months now and am so pleased with his care. I have was dealing with back, hip, and neck discomfort and tightness from breastfeeding and holding my son. My symptoms have significantly improved and now I am in a maintenance plan of adjustments. I appreciate Dr. Catain's comprehensive approach, including muscle work and chiro adjustments. He has given me several exercises and tips to integrate into my day so that I am an active participant in the healing process and can minimize the symptoms as much as possible, especially while traveling. The exercises he has suggested are simple and quick, perfect for anyone with a full day. He is knowledgeable and listens well, and overall is a very pleasant and upbeat doc.
