Michael Heilman NP- Worst provider EVER!!!! I will never go back to STAR UC in fear of getting him again. I have been going through cancer treatments since July 2017. In December, around Christmas, I started to get really sick. I couldn't breath, had a fever, chest congestion etc and it had been going on for about a week. The chest congestion wasn't the breathing issue, it was in my lungs. It just kept getting worse so I didn't want to get stuck in the ER for hours on end (again) so I thought I would just stop at Star Urgent Care. I went in asking for a chest X-Ray, a flu swab and something to help my breathing. He said there was no reason for a chest X-Ray because my lungs sounded clear. Due to my chemo treatments I got toxicity in my lungs so I have gotten pneumonia 7 times since July 2017. He told me I didn't have pneumonia. Wouldn't swab me. I ended up in ER two days later and it was a blood clot and severe pneumonia. I could have died and he didn't think any tests were necessary.
