Unbelievable!
I was sold a pair of hearing aids that were represented as new technology. I just learned from another audiologist that they were 3-4 year old inventory when Dr. McCandless sold them to me. And what he charged me was $1400 more than what they should have cost!! To say I am disappointed and angry is an understatement.

Dr. Michael McCandless was the quintessential professional combined with a gentle and reassuring manner. Doctor was recommended to me by a fellow Religious Sister and I will do the same for others. I had a less than enthusiastic experience with another audiologist. Within the space of 10 minutes, Dr. Michael competently explained the many available facets on my cell phone which enhance hearing capabilities in different circumstances. I learned more in that short visit than I had known in the two-three years that I have had hearing aids. There was an air of goodness and professionalism that permeated the work place. He impressed me!

Dr. McCandless is REALLY, REALLY outstanding. EXTREMELY personable. VERY flexible and accommodating. Whenever I have had an issue --fortunately few and mostly minor -- he got me in ASAP! He provided my first hearing aids 15 months ago and carefully explained the options, giving my wife and me a really easy decision. VERY happy with them!
