He acted as though he listened and understood when I said I can only handle gentle work, 'No large, fast movements' because of my ligament sensitivity. I came in with knee and pelvis trouble, and he cracked my ribs on the drop table. Next session I told him I needed gentler work because it had made my ribs stiff and sore. So he strapped my legs to the end of the table, and suddenly yanked the end of the table down, bending me 90° at the hips, sliding my torso down toward the hinge, simultaneously pinning my left ribcage up from underneath my floating ribs with a big CRUNCH. It hurt very badly. I told him, and reminded him that I can't handle large fast movements. He apologised and promised never to do that again. The next 4 months, we worked on undoing the harm he had influcted. He used very gentle techniques. One day he had me face down, pressing my knee down, then yanked my ankle up and pushed my low back down. I have been in physical therapy for almost a year recovering from that.
