Not responsive
Dr Sarten put my son on medication. His wife is his assistant and doesn't respond to messages for refills or appointments. I've messaged multiple times. Have to find a new doctor now.

Lack of timely response
I called this office and received an automated text message to reply to set up an appointment. After two days, there was no response. I texted again asking if I needed to find another practitioner, and received this, “Yes, call another provider.” I could have called someone else two days ago. In mental health profession, time is of the essence. I do not recommend this practice.
