Good doctor, One bad Receptionist
Dr. Smith himself is wonderful. He puts one at ease right away. I was a repeat patient. A new to me, woman, chubby blonde who proved to be rude. She first tried to foist my folder over to the other receptionist, who rightly refused it. She then told me my Medicare was deactivated, a falsehood. Her behavior may be due to my deafness. If Deaf, ALWAYS use an interpreter to avoid being bullied by this woman.

Interacting with Dr. Mike Smith is A Pleasure
I've had two visits with Dr. Smith. He's professional, puts you at ease. He, himself, is WONDERFUL. Sadly, he has a receptionist, a heavy set blondish lady with a temperament toward certain people, I guess. She dismissed me by claiming my Medicare had been deactivated, something I knew was false. However, I opted to not challenge her and left.
