Professional, friendly and attentive staff. I am almost always addressed by name by courteous staff. Exercises are explained clearly and I am initially observed to ensure I am doing them correctly. Even when busy, I am not forgotten in a corner. I can always do a second round of exercises while waiting for time with Dr. Spevak.
