The male receptionist doesn’t know what he’s doing AT ALL but Michael Spivak is pretty good. The only issue I have is that he misgenders me and doesn’t allow subcutaneous testosterone injections, only IM. Sometimes it takes a long time for their office to respond to prescription requests too, which can be really dangerous when you’re a type 1 diabetic.
