Dr. Michael B. Starace is a graduate of Touro College of New York.  While there he received his BA in Health Services and his doctorate in Physical Therapy. Before going into private practice, Dr. Starace was the Clinical Director of the Neurological unit at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL.
