Very personable. Kind friendly Professional.
Very Friendly and welcoming even tho l was late for my appointment.The Doc fitted me in ,explained xrays in detail gentle Physical examination and Solution going forward.Took care of my pain had Prescription send to my Pharmacy and follow up appointment and MRI Organized Awaiting insurance approval workman's comp. Case. Before I had even left the building. Super professional highly recommand.Also front of house Friendly Helpful .

Fine visit but impersonal
The nurse or tech greated me. No smile, asked me why I was there, when I was there last and if there were any changes. All appropriate questions but when I was explaining and displaying the discomfort she had her back to me I had to tell her I was showing her. She turned with a sigh. She said she would tell Michael as she walked out the door. Michael came in with the tray, he brought my yr old xray up, shook my hand and started to mark out the shots. I was there for injections in my knees. I started to tell him about discomfort that was new and he didn't seem interested. He gave me the injections and said this will likely help with the new discomfort and politely thanked me for coming in and left. I've been getting injections for a few years at Excel with other PAs and never experienced what I can only describe as disintrest. Know, I don't know what has or had happened in either the nurse or Michaels day or week. I could have gotten them on an off day for them.

Misdiagnosis
Saw him twice. He diagnosed me as having SI joint pain and sacroiliitis based on a single X-ray. I did PT for 2 months based on that diagnosis and didn't get better at all. Also tried chiropractor and considered a joint injection. Went to another orthopedic office, and they took a MRI and found the cause of the pain was chronic tendinopathy in the gluteus minimus and gluteus medius. Completely different diagnosis and different treatment required. PT likely made problem worse. Wasted 2 months and increased pain. He should have taken an MRI to get a more accurate diagnosis, especially after the 2nd visit.

Most horrible health care experience in a while. Booked an appointment for new lumps I found. Hardly took 2 minutes to talk/examine me. Brushed me off as an anxious person. I will never see him again. He is not only medically incompetent, but has the most awful bedside manner. Like maybe the dude is burnt out and needs a break but this not how one treats patients.

Visit 1: I asked about getting a migraine medication prescribed I have previously had and he said it wasn't possible to get that medication without caffeine (a migraine trigger for me).... and kept asking me why I didnt try 3 others that I kept saying I have tried in the past to no avail. Visit 2: he spent a total of 60 seconds in the room and barely examined the skin issue I came in with and dismissed it completely. When I provided more info and asked a question he brushed it off and left.
