Greeted at the door courteously and promptly. All personal are very considerate and cheerful. Mike himself takes his time with you listens to you and works hard to achieve the best results. I have never left the office unhappy. I give him five stars.

Mike Sullivan at Advanced Aesthetics is the most heartless man. He performed a fractional co2 laser on me and destroyed every inch of my skin. He told me there was 0 risk and I ended up with rough leathery orange peeled skin all over, crows feet that I never had, demarcation lines everywhere, deep lines at the corners of my mouth, half of my forehead burnt and crinkly, and a skeleton appearance from melted facial fat. He then rudely refused to refund me. I'm only 30 and had perfect skin before.
