My experience today was excellent. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. I had a cup of coffee with our discussion. Michael is kind and friendly- which makes it easier to talk. Very relaxed setting unlike some other uptight offices I went to in the past. Very nice

Easy to talk with. Extremely good at assisting you gain coping skills. My panic attacks are minimal and I'm so happy not to have to think about them happening all the time. Life is getting better.

I agree with Diane... cantankerous & argumentive out of the gate. More concerned with me attacking him than clarifying information. Bragging about his edu and degree. Never had a provider suggest I report them to the Board before, and that was my 1st 20 minutes.

Very disappointing. No results, no goal setting (no wonder there were no results). Suggests diagnoses for other people in your life but gives little direction for dealing with them.
