I go 1 every 2 years for cognitive assessment. This year was my second time and Dr Tramontana was very informative and professional. I have dealt with him before about 15 years ago with my husband that had Alzheimer's and he was great then too, asked questions to understand more of what we were dealing and explained things so that we could understand.

I have some problems with the way he asks a question, then immediately proceeds to cut me off mid sentence. He asked me to fill out a true and false questionnaire, Im perfectly fine with that...Until I actually started to read them. I have never seen something more unprofessionally written in my life, None of the almost 400 odd ( and I do mean odd) Questions contained no grammar and the word Oftener kept popping like it was going out of style. I feel like his questions should be more profesional
