Dismissive and Condescending
When my daughter had symptoms that her vision had changed before our annual exam was due, we needed an appointment quickly. Dr. Ziegler was able to see her, but then was very dismissive of her symptoms. He was almost unwilling to put her in the correct contacts to correct the symptoms that she was having. He was condescending when speaking to me, and he didn’t even listen to what my daughter was saying. We will not be back to see this doctor. He is exactly what is wrong with healthcare.

He is very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. The nicest MD I've ever ran into and i'm a nurse I know many. I learned more about my failing vision in 20 mins talking to him than I've learned from all the other eye doctors I've seen. The world would be a better place if there were more doctors like him.

When to Visionworks from the internet Google search, had no expectation nor have any ideals about whom is going to see me, were pleasantly greeted by Dr. Ziegler. Dr. Ziegler is very knowledge about eye and takes the time to discuss with me, which made me feel very comfortable, would highly recommend Dr. Ziegler.
