Michalle Morris, NP

Ms. Morris is a fantastic Nurse Practitioner who really develops relationships with her patients and knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable about many conditions and is very thorough. I highly recommend her as a primary care practitioner.

My NP went on leave and I met with Ms. Morris. I was not notified ahead of time of this change, though it was an important fact for me to allow me to prepare myself to speak with someone different. At the time of the appointment Ms. Morris was critical of my treatment plan and seemed to believe I was attempting to dictate her standard of care when I asked questions. She was off-putting and cold the entire visit. I have a chronic condition that means I have FMLA for my job. I do not use it every month, but when I need it, I need it there. She told me they do not renew FMLA after the first year and did not believe I needed the amount of time requested, though neither my medication nor my symptoms had changed. I explained what I do for work, but I guess she was not listening because she had the office manager call me back to ask again what it is I do and what hours I work. All of which was discussed in my appointment and was on my paperwork. She then advised I was no longer a patient.

I was able to get a same day appointment when I was not feeling great. Very attentive to my needs. Listen to details. Talk to me like a human not someone in med school. Very patient.

Dr.Morris, Is one of the Best Dr's I have, she show great concern about me and my health ,I wish more Dr's would show the care and respect like Dr. Michell Morris. Thank You, Tonda Finch Hambrick.
