Michele was extremely helpful. She took her time and explained things and listened to my questions. She gave me a test run on a pair of hearing aids so I could get the feel and experience of using them. We took a tour around the hospital and outside so I could know how they would sound in all environments. There was no pressure to buy. She was concerned about me and my needs and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. I highly recommend Michele Goldstein.
