Best Parole Officer I ever had !!! and I've never been on parole. Nasty Staff to boot. lost my paperwork 3 times and Lied on paperwork. Do some research. This the worse provider I've experienced

I would like to place on here that Michele left the clinic she merged her company with due to the way the new clinic treated her patients. They fired her entire staff and continued to drive her practice to the ground. Michele cared about her patients. Yes, she is working with addiction because the company she left won’t allow her to open another practice and pull back her patients. She merged to make things better for her patients...she did not sell out! Lies led her and us to s great loss!

I have been seeing Michele for several years now and have always been happy that is until she sold her practice to Lynx healthcare since that time I have been unable to get anyone on the phone they just don't bother to answer. As for the person who is having billing issues your issue actually isn't Michele's fault it's the craptastic company she sold too. I want to follow her or Leslie wherever they have gone!!!! If someone finds out where they have gone please share with us.

While under Michelle Herrings care for my pain management i was getting out of network charges for my urine samples i contacted Michelle spoke to her in person she told me not to worry about the bill they will not charge you . Well now i am in collections for over $6000 to a collection agency .

Michelle Herrings NEGLIGENCE while i was under her care for pain management has put me in collections with Alpha Recovery Corporation for $4195.71 . I was getting out of network bills from Premera Blue Cross for my urine samples , I took the first bill i got into Michelle Herrings office and showed in to her she said do not worry about that you will not be charged for out of network urine lab tests , Thanks Michelle Herring !! for 6 months i have tried to contact her no response .

I really like Michele but, I'm very unhappy with not getting my prescriptions. I've called over and over. Amber told me she put my request to have my prescription as priority and I'm still calling pharmacy as of tonight and they still haven't received prescription. I spoke with Amber awhile back with same result. Nothing handled. I'm very disappointed in this not being taken care of. Michele is great. The staff currently as far as receptionist, not good.

Michele Herring is a fantastic provider. She always takes the time to talk to me about my medication. Michele Herring is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain different medicines and how they work. Michelle Herring and her staff are incredible, I would recommend them to anyone who has ever delt with chronic pain. Michele Herring is really the best of the best. I have been a patient of Michelle Herrings for over a year now. I have had nothing but compassionate competent care from her There are rules to follow which are clearly explained. I have nothing but positive things to say. I had a problem that I needed to be seen and she got me in two days later. She has always gone above and beyond. I am thankful to have her as a provider

After being around the block with specialists and providers meeting Dr Herring was a blessing from above. After struggling to find someone who understands the connection between a persons pain and their mental state this provider understood at the very first visit. The struggle is an everyday part of life for so many of us, not only myself. And a provider who pays attention, that is something Ive never had before. I am eternally grateful to the accident of fate that brought me here.

I wish I could say something different. Unfortunately, even if you follow her 1001 rules, you still have an 18yo nursing assistant graduate accusing you of being dishonest, and the rest of the staff, including Michele, not caring enough to help you. I had thought that I had finally found a great healthcare professional who was interested in my wellbeing. I was wrong.

Mitchele and her staff are full of compassion. I have had a rough time during the grieving of my daughter passing away six months ago and I have received wonderful care and forbearance during a difficult time and hardships and her and the staff have stuck with me through this. I'm so grateful to have a provider and a medical staff as great and I'm truly blessed. Thank you for providing the best health care team Spokane has to offer. We were referred to Michele Herring never received a call to schedule. We came in one day several hours before work and after over an hours worth of paperwork, we were told there was one more step and it would only take 5 minutes-waited another hour! I warned them I had 30 minutes before work and the staff kept telling me we couldn't leave. Waited 30 more minutes and left, came back the next day and were told that we could not be accepted as patients! Not a word or warning about that earlier!

Her staff was very unprofessional & rude. Good luck getting a call back if you're a patient, because she never returns them. My complaints against her rude staff member was swept under the rug. Also, when I confronted her about her overwhelming number of negative reviews she said they were all from discharged patients. which I know is not true because I was never discharged & I am leaving a negative review because the behavior of her & her staff is completely unprofessional.

Michelle has been the most wonderful doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing by the time I went to see her I had given up on all doctors and she has restored my faith in doctors again. She's compassionate caring and she really listens which is something I was having a hard time finding in all the other doctors I have seen I highly recommend anyone to go see her.

I was referred to the clinic from CHAS clinic. My dr told me Michele is friendly, listens and explains the impact of pain and dont just give pills. I have suffered for years and have been treated like a "pill popper". I went to the clinic for intake and treated rude by the front desk "butch looking woman". I decided to give it a try despite her. I returned this month and found new wonderful, trained staff. Yes busy waiting room but that speaks for itself. lots of people love her! Impressed
