Provider does not check blood test results. Does not get back with you on questions messaged. Does not write refills for medications needed you have to call them to get your medication refilled every time and these medications are nonnarcotic everyday normal medications. Was told that the doctor was an hour behind and I could wait if I wanted to. Nurse was not very nice either!

Rushed my appointment, didn't want to listen, didn't seem to really care one bit! Michele use to be so much better when she was my doctor when she was in King, now that she is in Pilot she doesn't care and has changed so much!
