Very judgmental and made me feel worse then before I walked through the door, she’s told me on numerous occasions that she doesn’t even understand why I come to her anymore that I’m wasting her time that she could be helping someone else that actually wants to show improvement in their life. I’m trying and depression is hard, she also never agrees with whatever you say or she doesn’t believe you she thinks she knows everything and whatever you say is just false or not accurate and she’ll have to look up whatever you say because she doesn’t believe you . She’s a know it all and it comes off as condescending. Like I said before I feel worse when I see her and more stressed out throughout the week. This is my first therapist and I just feel like I shouldn’t be dreading going to my appointments nothing ever good enough for this lady

Michele is very knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your well-being. She is friendly, professional, and does not come across as judgemental as I saw in other reviews. Was very surprised to read those reviews, that being said I am not a Trans individual so I can't speak for that. She has helped me tremendously with my panic attack issues and I very much look forward to each meeting with her.

I spent 5 years working with Michelle on my anger issues and depression. It absolutely saved my marriage and relationship with my kids. She was always pushing me to achieve my goals we were setting together and become that person I wanted to be. I can’t say thank you enough and speak high enough about her.

Michelle listens. Michelle actually cares, and always starts her sessions with “...so what’s new” with a huge smile on her face. She does a great job at keeping the session positive and about growth, rather than focusing on what is causing the pain. She may not diagnose you, but she certainly does not allow you to diagnose yourself. She doesn’t believe in allowing negative labels and stigmas stay in your mind. Instead, she’ll recommend books, videos, and movies to inspire you. Simply amazing!

Self discloses too much and wants you to do all the work. When you are trying it is not good enough. Said I wanted to not live and she said awe don't feel that way type of statements. This is not a competent therapist and she does not know how to terminate therapy. I did not feel like she cared to understand or hear me not everyone can communicate how they feel. she follows no theory that will make you feel supportive it's just solution focused and doesnt ask what helps you to speak and talk

This provider told me she was considered an expert in trans issues However when I showed up to my appointment there were many red flags. She said if I turned into a youtube freakshow she would dismiss me as a patient. She referred to trans celebrities and former patients as the wrong gender. She shamed me for seeking informed consent hormone therapy. She was judgemental in a manner that no psychologist has ever been with me. I would only go here for LGBT care if it was the only option.
