Had her here on the Cape, simply the best! Takes time with the patient, very knowledgeable, great personality and beautiful, rare to find all traits in one individual. Absolutely love her. Highly recommend.

As a patient, NPC Premeau does not rush you in and out. She takes her time to listen and seems very caring. I have seen her at the NMU Health Center and I don't care to go to anyone else. Diagnosis and treatment has been right every time.
