Michelle Acosta, PA-C

Came in for a dislocated finger. Nurse performs my intake and was as nice as can be. I hear him talk to Michelle in the hallway about my case and hear her loudly reply- "What does he even want me to do about it?! Just pull on his finger lol? Does he want it numbed or something?" Meanwhile I am about 20 ft away in the room sitting there in pain - if she respected her patient she would've asked me. She then walks in, hardly acknowledges me or repeats the questions that she asked the nurse. She then grabbed my hand and yanked the dislocated finger back into place and then walks out. I tried to make small talk about where she went to school or how her nights going and I received pursed lips. The nurse comes back in and is friendly and ties up my fingers and gives me discharge papers. When I walk out into the lobby I pass by and say goodnight and again receive a cold shoulder. A few months later I receive a $5k+ bill. Wouldn't ever recommend her or HCA of Clearwater.
