Dr. Michelle Bassett, DNP

Every visit Dr. Bassett cheerfully greets me with a big smile and sincerely asks how I am. And I always leave her office feeling believed, listened to and cared about. During my visit she takes the time to go through all my concerns and helps me understand what's going on in my body. If I'm still worked up about it, she breaks it down even more. A bonus is she understands mental health and always checks on mine and offers support. I feel so lucky to have Michelle as my doctor. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Dr. Bassett was very attentive to my health and all my questions I had. She is always prepared when I come for my visit and always is in good spirits when I visit. I trust her with my life!

I’d been changing offices for about a year before I found Dr.Bassett…. So glad I found her! She’s a great listener and very supportive. She likes to get to the root of your medical issues and super quick to respond to inquiries. Always available for scheduling even if she’s at another location she will STILL get you in!Her patients are her first priority and that means a lot.If you’re looking for someone who GENUINELY cares about their patients please consider visiting Dr. Bassett!

She is very quick to judge others. She was ok in the office visit but wow, her and the staff dropping curse words and bad talking a physician. SORRY, a doctorate in nursing is not a physician. You should not and you are falsly presenting yourself claiming to be a doctor. You are a nurse practitioner. Congratd on your Research doctorate, still not a physician. I appreciated your time but the behavior outside the room was astounding! I will leave to see a MD or DO. Good luck.

My mother started seeing Michelle after a lengthy hospital and care unit stay. She figured out right away that my mother was way over medicated and adjusted her medication. A few months later my mother was her old self again! We cant thank Michelle enough! Always polite, kind and personable. My mother and several aunts see Michelle and we all love her. Very difficult to get through to the office but we stay with this office because of Michelle.

Came in to discuss a concern that I had been avoiding for a long time because I don't trust medical providers. I was really nervous. Michelle took a lot of time with me, explained all of my options. She wasn't pushy or forceful. I got access to the patient portal and she responds quickly. I really enjoyed my visits with her.

After I overheard Michelle Bassett reveal a patient's medical information while she was talking badly about that patient in the common area, I should have left. Unfortunately, I stayed. Michelle's dismissiveness of my health concerns during my appointment was concerning. If you struggle with any mental health issues or an eating disorder, you're not going to find support with Michelle at Bridgeton.
