On July 14,2021 I saw dr mc Kenzie my primary doctor that is in the same office as Michelle Binns. I was there for my follow up to my physical and blood work. I brought in paperwork from UnitedHealthcare that needed to be filled out to verify that I had done the bloodwork for my cholesterol blood pressure BMI etc. Filling out this paperwork only allows me to get reimbursed $200-$300 towards my deductible. As I exited I noticed that the paperwork hadn’t been filled out by the doctor. The receptionist went to check on the issue. At that point Michelle Binns Came to the front window and explained to me that my physical was not done and that I had not had my Pap smear or mammogram and that they would not fill it out. I said it’s only to get reimbursement towards my deductible. She refused to fill it out and said I need to have my gynecologist fill it out. I called UnitedHealthcare and they had said they had never heard of any doctor refusing to fill it out. She was rude, dismissive.
