Michelle is thorough but to the point and I appreciate how she interacts with patients. She’s informative and not condescending. I felt taken care of with her.

Not very attentive or caring. She is very rushed and doesn’t seem concerned with anything but leaving. My very first appointment with her I left the office sobbing, she is rude and has no interest in actually helping her patients with their concerns

I had my first appointment with her today and I felt very rushed. Given hurried information and was told the directions to go check out once she handed me my paperwork. I had to ask for feminine supplies and she didn’t know where they were located. I felt as if she didn’t even look at my history but quickly referred me for a follow up with a doctor in the practice. I had to ask the check out girl for the correct name for the procedure I was to follow up with because I had no information. Are they rushing patients because of the Covid outbreak? I felt the same way a week prior getting my mammogram at the same practice.

I didn't feel comfortable with her from my first appointment during my pregnancy she was rough during first exam to the point I almost cried. At 10 week appointment she argued with me that I wasn't far enough along to hear my baby's heartbeat and neglected to tell me of an issue for SIX WEEKS. At my 16 week appointment she told me to watch my weight as she was walking out of the room. Appointments were always rushed. After 20 weeks I switched doctors and never looked back. HORRIBLE!
