Unfortunately, myself and 4 year old were seen by Michelle Donohoe at CityMD in Lacey. Michelle came in the room and immediately was rude and condescending as I sat there with my 4 year old. She stated every practitioner has their own rules in regards to quarantining and as mentioned in a previous review, overrides CDC guidelines. This woman was an absolute nightmare to deal with and I would NEVER want to have to be “treated” by her again.

She works in Manahawkin Urgent Care. She demonstrated unprofessional behavior with no empathy towards the pediatric patient and family. She is overestimating her authority, overriding CDC guidelines with her own, which affects patient care.

If you refuse help to someone because they came into urgent care with more than one issue, yet both urgent in nature, can you really claim to be sticking to your oath as a medical professional? When I asked why the Nurse Practitioner would not help me get better.. her answer? "We can't bill out for more than one thing!" So hostile, even scolding me for opening my phone app to take notes of her diagnosis for the first condition. Please run far from her! And don't look back!
