Michelle has been my NP for 6+ years. She genuinely cares about my well-being. She actually listens to me and responds to my concerns. She's the BEST of the best. It took me years to find a Dr/Np that I actually trust, and I refuse to see anyone else. I recommend Michelle James if your need a GREAT NP. I always feel welcome with every visit. The receptionist (Noreen) is ALWAYS polite, professional, and greets everyone. I know I'll be well taken care of when I go to Midsouth Independent Group.

Back in 2010, I had to see and. James due to my MD being unavailable. She likes to give a patient “busy work”, purchasing medical equipment or using medications that they do not need. More time and effort is needed on her part to appropriately speak with the patient, find out the circumstances contributing to the symptoms, and develop a plan to address root causes, She could become an excellent NP if she learned to research, ask questions and listen to the patient carefully before making snap decisions. Medical practice is not a factory conveyor belt line for the professional to holler “NEXT”!!
