Best interest of patient
Ms. Kuczkowski doesn't advocate for what is in the best interest of the patients. Was needing to refill a prescription that is used to treat several conditions, yet she only focused on one condition. She allegedly submitted a pre auth with my insurance, supposedly was told they denied request based on HER condition she only wanted to focus on and NEVER communicated information with me. It was little under a week and the pharmacy said they never received the prescription. FINALLY was given the answer of the insurance denied the request and we should've been sent info in the mail (within LESS THAN). Talked to the insurance and couldn't find ANY info the request was even submitted.
