Don't bother
Do not bother. I called to reschedule appts for my kids and the receptionist who isn't very bright, talked me into circles instead of just taking accountability and correcting the issue. Instead she passes me to I believe Michelle herself, where both ladies were rude, condescending and incapable of providing quality, efficient care.
