I have been the caregiver for both my husband and father, who were patients of Dr. Jerry John. His entire staff is outstanding, but I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and personal concern Michelle Matson showed our family. She was never too busy to take time for them, even texting me personally on her time off and staying in close touch when my father was eventually admitted to a nursing facility (even the staff there was impressed with her vigilance and help). She takes all facets of the patient's health into account when making recommendations for their care and medication. Care-giving can be stressful, but she made my job so much easier with her knowledge, availability, genuine care and support.
