The meeting went very well, Michelle was attentive and engaged in the conversation. She called me up a week later and gave me the results from the blood test over the phone. She told me I was not pre-menopausal but instead had low thyroid function and put me on Levothyroxine. I went abroad for 3 months (which she knew about) and felt “off”, despite healthy lifestyle and regular exercise. I also had no access to the lab results online since the clinic never sent me a login link. When I came back I had an appointment with my regular GP and picked up a transcript of Women’s Health’s lab results on the way. I was completely baffled. All three thyroid levels (THS, T3, T4) were originally perfectly within range. There was never any need to mess with it and my regular GP just shook her head. I stopped taking the Levothyroxine immediately and am now, a month later, instead struggling to get my thyroid back to normal.

Mrs. Michelle is the best women on earth. Sounds cliché but she's literally one of the sweetest people I know. Beyond her kindnesses, her knowledge is out of this world. Her explanations on everything (diagnoses,procedures,treatments) are prefect; I mean she'll break it all the way down to the biology. She is basically my primary doctor, I call her for any and everything. I'm always well taken care of by her and her lovely assistant, she never steers you in the wrong way. Love her!!!
