Michelle is Great! But her staff in another thing. When getting my virtual appointment I called 5 minutes before my appointment to see why I didn’t receive their initial call on how to set up. They said since I didn’t get in contact earlier my appointment was canceled and I would have to wait another week. After I had already waited week and half. If someone is sick how are they suppose to wait 3 weeks to get a appointment.
