I reached out to her as I needed support in my weight loss journey. At first I was very excited to work with her as I noticed she was using some effective methods. I felt great after my second session and she told me we will work on self love, body image etc. So I was looking forward to meet her again. But in my last session (3rd one), when I asked her advise on how to keep my motivation in between sessions in my weight loss journey, she asked me “What else do you want from me?” . This was only 10 min in to our session so I was very confused and started questioning myself what did I ask that was so wrong. And then at 40th min, she said unless anything else you want to talk with me, let’s not setup another session until you see a doctor. I was very confused and felt like I need another therapy after that. Not sure what happened and why but this was the last thing I needed from a therapy session. I checked her website and it says she works on obesity issues as well so not sure how she does that.
